			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Okey, not every company is building car, because they think it should be the best performance car their is ever build. And maybe they are also not building the most beautiful car there is.. but at least it&#8217;s electric! It&#8217;s all about the environment! Thats all that counts, no?<br />
Well <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.ctnt.co.kr/">CT&amp;T</a> is thinking green and is pushing for their range of c-Zone electric powered golf cars and functional EVs for worldwide use by building the <a href="http://www.efcars.net/archive/ctt-develops-e-zone-ev">E-Zone EV</a>.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s small and slow, but it passed the European crash test at 30 mp/h. Even an airbag is optional <img src='http://www.electro-cars.co.uk/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> .<br />
